In Mold Gate Cutting is a new technology of gate trimming during injection cycle. The model printed by 3D printer can completely replace the traditional prototypes to some extent. It give you quick solution for your product validation. Either in metal or resin, our solution will validate your product.

Complex and high efficiency cooling or faster cycle time will be the result of applying the 3D printing in your mold.

With a maximum size of 250x 250x 250 mm , this process is suitable for inserts, sliders, lifter head, gate bushing cooling, and prototype or short production parts.

Fusion bonding has obvious advantages. It allows you to design the cooling channel in several layers and shapes by machining the channels. Balanced cooling, homogenous mold temperature is achieved. As a results the plastic part suffer better dimensional stability due to reduced internal stress and warpage. The assembly of the plates is made under high pressure and temperature resulting in zero deformation and high strength.

Our process can be applied on plates limited to 300 x 300x300mm.
